Welcome to Closets Warehouse.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Closets Warehouse. Closets Warehouse operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, policies, and services in order to provide customers with a warehouse-direct shopping experience for modular closet systems and related products.

Closets Warehouse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the website and online store services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in these Terms, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, access, browse, use, purchase from, or interact with our website, online store, products, and services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, order obligations, pickup-only fulfillment, product inspection, installation responsibility, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and trade/reseller responsibilities.

By visiting, interacting with, using, or purchasing through our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Order Terms & Pickup Policy, and our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our website or Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, payment information, pickup information, and other order-related information.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Closets Warehouse is correct, current, complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person without our consent.

Section 2 — Our Products

Closets Warehouse sells modular closet systems, closet towers, closet components, parts, panels, shelves, rods, drawer kits, hardware, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, images, renderings, drawings, specifications, availability, pricing, and other product information. However, product information may contain errors, omissions, approximations, or differences from the actual product.

Colors, finishes, materials, textures, renderings, drawings, product appearance, and product proportions may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device type, monitor settings, lighting, photography, rendering methods, manufacturing tolerances, or other factors.

We do not warrant that the appearance, color, finish, quality, suitability, or performance of any product purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as depicted, rendered, drawn, or described in our online store.

All product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, prices, availability, and product offerings are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, business, trade customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Measurements, Fit, and Site Conditions

The customer is solely responsible for measuring the intended installation space before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to, closet width, height, depth, closet opening, wall conditions, baseboards, flooring, doors, trim, obstructions, ceiling height, wall type, and any other site condition that may affect fit, assembly, installation, anchoring, or use.

Any assembled width, minimum closet width, height, depth, clearance, product fit information, drawing, rendering, or installation guidance provided by Closets Warehouse is for general product reference only. It does not replace the customer’s responsibility to verify product suitability for the intended space.

Closets Warehouse is not responsible if a product does not fit due to incorrect measurements, site conditions, installation limitations, wall conditions, baseboards, floors, doors, obstructions, customer selection, or third-party recommendations.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Closets Warehouse reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, modify, or limit any order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until Closets Warehouse confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Closets Warehouse may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, prepared, staged, reserved, or scheduled for pickup.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to these Terms of Service, our Order Terms & Pickup Policy, our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, and any other applicable policy posted on our website or presented at checkout.

Closets Warehouse may require customers to confirm agreement to applicable pickup, inspection, final sale, refund, replacement, and installation terms before checkout is completed.

Section 5 — Trade, Contractor, Installer, and Reseller Purchases

Closets Warehouse may sell products to homeowners, businesses, contractors, installers, designers, tradespeople, resellers, property managers, builders, and other commercial customers.

You may purchase products from Closets Warehouse for personal use, household use, business use, trade use, contractor use, customer-project use, or resale to your own customers, subject to these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you purchase products for trade, contractor, business, resale, or customer-project use, you are solely responsible for your own business activities, sales practices, customer communications, measurements, designs, recommendations, quotes, resale pricing, installation services, workmanship, jobsite conditions, permits, code compliance, safety practices, warranties offered by you, and any representations you make to your customers.

Closets Warehouse is not responsible for any installation, assembly, modification, resale, recommendation, design decision, jobsite condition, contractor labor, installer labor, third-party labor, customer-facing warranty, satisfaction guarantee, or representation provided by a trade customer, contractor, installer, designer, reseller, or other third party.

Trade customers, contractors, installers, designers, resellers, and other commercial purchasers are independent purchasers. They are not agents, employees, representatives, franchisees, partners, joint venturers, or authorized legal representatives of Closets Warehouse.

No trade customer, contractor, installer, designer, reseller, or third party has authority to make warranties, promises, guarantees, statements, commitments, or representations on behalf of Closets Warehouse unless expressly agreed in a written agreement signed by Closets Warehouse.

Closets Warehouse’s responsibility is limited to the products purchased directly from Closets Warehouse, subject to these Terms of Service, our Order Terms & Pickup Policy, and our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Section 6 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation, unless the order contains a pricing error, product error, discount error, or other mistake.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, handling charges, pickup-related charges, restocking fees, storage fees, administrative fees, or any other applicable charges.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in person, through trade arrangements, through promotions, through third-party channels, or through other sales methods.

We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotions may be governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern only for that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, account, and contact information for all purchases.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address, phone number, payment information, and billing information, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that:

1. Any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;

2. You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

3. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and

4. You will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted or agreed prices, including applicable taxes and fees.

Section 7 — Pickup-Only Fulfillment

Closets Warehouse is a pickup-only business unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We do not ship products.

All orders must be picked up from the designated Closets Warehouse pickup location during the scheduled pickup date and pickup window.

The customer is responsible for selecting the pickup date and window when required, arriving on time, bringing a suitable vehicle, bringing any required loading assistance, and bringing appropriate protection materials.

Closet components may be large, heavy, and fragile. Products may consist of loose or flat-packed panels, shelves, rods, drawer components, hardware, and related parts. Products are not packed for parcel shipping and may not include boxes, padding, blankets, wrapping, or protective shipping materials.

The customer should bring appropriate protection materials, including blankets, padding, straps, tie-downs, or other materials needed to protect the order during loading and transportation.

Closets Warehouse is not responsible for damage caused by improper loading, insufficient padding, insufficient vehicle space, unsafe transport, unloading, storage, handling, assembly, or installation after the order leaves the warehouse.

Section 8 — Pickup Inspection and Acceptance

The customer, or the customer’s authorized pickup person, is responsible for inspecting the order at the time of pickup and before leaving the warehouse.

Before signing for the order, the customer should confirm that all visible parts are present and in acceptable visible condition. This includes reviewing panels, shelves, rods, drawer components, hardware, and other visible order components to the extent reasonably possible at pickup.

If the customer believes a visible part is damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Closets Warehouse before leaving the warehouse so the issue can be documented and reviewed.

Once the order is inspected, signed off, loaded, and removed from the warehouse, the order is considered accepted by the customer.

All sales are final after pickup acceptance, except as expressly required by law.

Additional terms regarding pickup inspection, final sale terms, missing parts, damaged parts, wrong items, replacement parts, and refunds are set forth in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and Order Terms & Pickup Policy.

Section 9 — Authorized Pickup Person

The customer may designate another person to pick up the order.

Any person who picks up the order on behalf of the customer will be treated as the customer’s authorized representative.

Inspection, acceptance, and signoff by the authorized pickup person are binding on the customer.

Closets Warehouse may, but is not required to, request identification, order confirmation, authorization, or other information before releasing an order.

Section 10 — Damage After Leaving the Warehouse

Closets Warehouse is not responsible for damage that occurs after the order leaves the warehouse.

After pickup acceptance, the customer assumes responsibility for loading, transportation, unloading, storage, handling, assembly, installation, wall anchoring, use, and site conditions.

Damage after pickup may include, but is not limited to, damage caused by loading, unloading, vehicle movement, improper transport, lack of padding, dropping, dragging, bending, scraping, impact, moisture, weather, heat, storage conditions, jobsite handling, assembly, installation, improper anchoring, modification, misuse, or overloading.

If damage occurs after the order leaves the warehouse, replacement parts may be available for purchase. Closets Warehouse may, at its discretion, offer replacement parts at a discounted rate. Any such discount is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide free replacements, refunds, credits, exchanges, or future discounts.

Section 11 — Return, Refund, Exchange, and Replacement Policy

All returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damage claims, wrong-item claims, missing-part claims, and replacement-part requests are governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Because Closets Warehouse is a pickup-only, warehouse-direct business, all sales are final after pickup acceptance, except as expressly required by law.

Items returned, dropped off, shipped, or brought back without prior written authorization from Closets Warehouse will not be accepted.

If a refund is approved, Closets Warehouse will process the refund according to the Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Section 12 — DIY Installation and Wall-Anchoring Responsibility

Closets Warehouse products are sold as DIY flat-pack closet components unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Closets Warehouse does not provide installation services unless separately agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for proper assembly, installation, tools, hardware suitability, fasteners, wall anchors, wall structure, site preparation, safe use, and compliance with all instructions.

If the customer is not comfortable installing the product, the customer should hire a qualified installer, handyman, carpenter, contractor, or other professional.

Closet towers and connected closet systems must be properly secured to the wall before use.

WARNING: Failure to properly anchor the product may result in tipping, instability, property damage, serious injury, or death.

The customer is responsible for anchoring the product to suitable wall structure according to the installation instructions. Different wall types may require different tools, fasteners, anchors, or installation methods.

Do not use the closet system until it has been fully assembled and securely anchored according to the installation instructions.

Closets Warehouse is not responsible for damage, injury, instability, tipping, failure, or unsafe conditions caused by improper installation, failure to anchor, unsuitable walls, improper fasteners, overloading, misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

Section 13 — Product Use and Weight Loading

Products must be used only for their intended closet storage purpose.

Customers should not overload shelves, rods, drawers, panels, or connected systems. Weight should be evenly distributed.

Do not climb, hang from, sit on, pull on, or allow children to climb or play on the closet system.

Closets Warehouse is not responsible for damage, injury, instability, tipping, product failure, wall damage, or unsafe conditions caused by misuse, overloading, improper weight distribution, modification, improper assembly, improper installation, improper anchoring, or failure to follow instructions.

Section 14 — Intellectual Property

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, drawings, renderings, product descriptions, layouts, website design, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Closets Warehouse, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, scrape, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants any license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of Closets Warehouse, Shopify, or any third party.

Closets Warehouse’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, product descriptions, drawings, and other brand elements are trademarks, trade dress, or proprietary materials of Closets Warehouse or its licensors. You must not use them without prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 15 — Optional Tools

We may provide access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, including ecommerce tools, payment tools, pickup scheduling tools, review tools, messaging tools, analytics tools, or other third-party features.

We do not monitor, control, or guarantee these third-party tools.

You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you understand and approve of the terms on which the relevant third-party provider offers such tools.

We may also offer new features through the Services in the future. Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and subject to these Terms of Service.

Section 16 — Third-Party Links

The Services may contain materials, links, apps, integrations, embedded functionality, or hyperlinks to websites or services provided or operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, policies, practices, products, or services of third-party materials or websites.

If you access third-party materials or websites, you do so at your own risk.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to third-party websites, your use of third-party services, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on third-party websites.

Please review third-party policies and practices carefully before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.

Section 17 — Relationship with Shopify

Closets Warehouse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Closets Warehouse.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Closets Warehouse, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Closets Warehouse.

Section 18 — Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY LINK].

Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services.

Information you submit to the Services may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, payment providers, service providers, advertising platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and understand that Shopify and other service providers may process information as described in applicable privacy policies.

Section 19 — Feedback, Reviews, and User Content

If you submit, upload, post, email, review, message, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, photos, videos, proposals, plans, comments, testimonials, or other content, collectively “Feedback,” you grant Closets Warehouse a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial, marketing, operational, product development, and promotional purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

1. You own or have all necessary rights to submit the Feedback;

2. Your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights;

3. Your Feedback is truthful and not misleading;

4. You have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with the Feedback; and

5. Your Feedback complies with these Terms.

We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for Feedback, or respond to Feedback.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

You are solely responsible for any Feedback you submit and its accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Feedback submitted by you or any third party.

Section 20 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, promotions, offers, availability, pickup scheduling, product specifications, product images, renderings, drawings, or other content.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.

We are not obligated to update, amend, or clarify information in the Services except as required by law.

Section 21 — Prohibited Uses

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only.

You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly:

1. For any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purpose;

2. To violate any international, federal, state, provincial, county, municipal, or local law, regulation, ordinance, or rule;

3. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

4. To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or threaten any person;

5. To transmit false or misleading information;

6. To upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful technology;

7. To send spam, phishing, pharming, pretexting, junk mail, chain letters, or similar solicitations;

8. To impersonate any person or entity;

9. To collect or track personal information of others without authorization;

10. To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services;

11. To scrape, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services;

12. To use robots, spiders, data gathering tools, extraction tools, automated processes, or AI tools in a way that violates these Terms or burdens the Services; or

13. To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services or that may harm Closets Warehouse, Shopify, our customers, or our service providers.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

Section 22 — Agents and Automated Access

This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of any software, service, bot, crawler, scraper, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity to access, use, or interact with the Services.

No such tool may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with these Terms and any technical or access requirements we provide.

We may limit, block, restrict, or control whether and how any automated tool accesses, uses, or interacts with the Services.

Automated tools must not conceal or obfuscate their nature, mimic human behavior to avoid detection, circumvent CAPTCHA or security measures, misrepresent whether they are human, or avoid measures intended to block or limit automated access.

Section 23 — Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part of the Services, in our sole discretion at any time without notice.

You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Section 24 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or usefulness of this information.

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Except as expressly stated by Closets Warehouse in writing, the Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closets Warehouse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, workmanship by third parties, installation quality, suitability for a particular closet or project, and suitability for any specific wall, site, or use condition.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, or error-free.

Closets Warehouse does not warrant or assume responsibility for any third-party installation, contractor installation, reseller installation, customer installation, assembly, modification, wall anchoring, site preparation, workmanship, design, recommendation, resale, or representation.

Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied or other warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.

Section 25 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Closets Warehouse, its owners, partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages of any kind.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, repair costs, project delays, loss of business, property damage, personal injury, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise.

This limitation applies to claims arising from or related to:

1. Your use of the Services;

2. Products purchased from Closets Warehouse;

3. Product descriptions, images, drawings, renderings, dimensions, or specifications;

4. Measurements, product fit, or site conditions;

5. Pickup, loading, transportation, unloading, storage, handling, assembly, installation, wall anchoring, or use;

6. Damage after the order leaves the warehouse;

7. Improper installation or failure to anchor;

8. Overloading, misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions;

9. Trade customer, contractor, installer, designer, reseller, or third-party installation, resale, recommendations, representations, warranties, labor, or workmanship;

10. Any errors or omissions in content; or

11. Any product, content, or service made available through the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closets Warehouse’s total liability for any claim related to an order or product shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Closets Warehouse for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Section 26 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Closets Warehouse, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

1. Your breach of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference;

2. Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;

3. Your access to or use of the Services;

4. Your purchase, pickup, loading, transportation, unloading, storage, handling, assembly, installation, wall anchoring, use, misuse, modification, or resale of any product;

5. Your failure to inspect an order before leaving the warehouse;

6. Your failure to properly install or anchor a product;

7. Your trade, contractor, installer, designer, reseller, or commercial activities;

8. Any customer-facing warranties, promises, representations, guarantees, installation services, workmanship, recommendations, designs, quotes, or resale activities provided by you;

9. Any third-party labor, installation, jobsite condition, permit, code compliance, safety practice, or customer dispute; or

10. Your Feedback or user content.

We may control the defense and settlement of any indemnified claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, provided that we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents and information.

Section 27 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Section 28 — Waiver and Entire Agreement

The failure of Closets Warehouse to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Order Terms & Pickup Policy, Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, and any other policies or operating rules posted by us on the website or presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Closets Warehouse regarding your use of the Services and purchase of products.

These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Closets Warehouse regarding the Services.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 29 — Assignment
