2. Product Information

Closets Warehouse sells modular closet components and closet systems. Product descriptions, dimensions, photos, renderings, drawings, specifications, pricing, availability, and other information are provided for general product reference.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free. Product images and renderings may vary from the actual product. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to materials, manufacturing, assembly, or installation conditions.

3. Customer Responsibility for Measurements and Fit

The customer is responsible for measuring the installation space before placing an order. This includes confirming closet width, height, depth, wall conditions, baseboards, obstructions, doors, openings, and any other site conditions that may affect fit or installation.

Minimum closet width and product fit guidance may be provided on the website, but such information does not replace the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product is suitable for the intended space.

Closets Warehouse is not responsible for incorrect measurements, unsuitable site conditions, installation issues, or a customer’s decision to purchase a product that does not fit the intended space.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, typographical errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order contains an error, we may cancel the order, correct the order, request additional payment, or issue a refund before fulfillment.

5. Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Closets Warehouse. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or violation of our policies.

Additional terms apply to orders, pickup, inspections, returns, replacements, and installation responsibilities. These terms are set forth in our Order Terms & Pickup Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Pickup-Only Fulfillment

Closets Warehouse is a pickup-only business unless otherwise stated in writing. Products are not shipped. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the designated warehouse location during the scheduled pickup window.

7. No Installation Services

Unless separately agreed in writing, Closets Warehouse does not provide installation services. Products are sold as DIY flat-pack components. The customer is responsible for assembly, installation, wall anchoring, tools, hardware suitability, site preparation, and safe use.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, drawings, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Closets Warehouse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising tools, scheduling tools, email providers, or other service providers. Closets Warehouse is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closets Warehouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of products, installation, transportation, handling, or use of products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Closets Warehouse, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, your purchase or use of products, your installation or handling of products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
