Closets Warehouse does not ship products. We are a warehouse-direct, pickup-only business located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. All orders placed on closetswarehouse.com must be picked up in person at our Deerfield Beach warehouse.

How Pickup Works

Select your pickup date and time at checkout. Available dates and time windows are determined by each product's lead time. Only valid pickup slots based on your order's preparation requirements will be shown.

Complete your order. Once checkout is confirmed, your selected pickup date and time are reserved. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is prepared as your pickup window approaches. Our team prepares your order in advance of your scheduled date and time. When your order is ready, you will receive a notification confirming it is prepared and waiting for you.

Arrive at your scheduled time — prepared to load. Please bring:

A vehicle large enough to safely transport the longest and widest parts in your order (truck, van, SUV, or trailer recommended for larger orders)

Blankets, padding, cardboard, straps, and other packing materials to protect your parts during transport

Inspect and sign before you leave. All parts must be counted and inspected at the warehouse before being loaded into your vehicle. A pickup inspection and acceptance form must be signed before leaving. Once the order is signed for and removed from the warehouse, the sale is final.
No Shipping — No Exceptions
We do not offer home delivery, freight, or third-party courier arrangements of any kind. If you are unable to pick up personally, you may send an authorized representative with a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
